Termination of Interest in Collateral. No Note Holder or any other Indenture Indemnitee shall, as such, have any further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Collateral when and if all of the Secured Obligations shall have been paid in full. No Related Secured Party shall have any further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Collateral when and if all Related Secured Obligations shall have been paid in full.
