Termination of Interest in Indenture Estate. A Note Holder and Indenture Indemnitees shall not, as such, have any further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Indenture Estate when and if the Secured Obligations due to such Note Holder or Indenture Indemnitee shall have been paid in full.
