Termination of Interest in Trust Indenture Estate. A Note Holder shall not, as such, have any further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Trust Indenture Estate when the Principal Amount of, Make-Whole Amount, if any, and interest on and other amounts due under all Equipment Notes held by such Note Holder and all other sums then payable to such Note Holder hereunder and under the Lease and the Refunding Agreement by the Lessee, the Owner Participant and the Owner Trustee (collectively, the "Secured Obligations") shall have been paid in full.
