Termination of JVC’s Rights for Certain Events. Unless otherwised agreed by the Parties, if the JVC undergoes a change of control or ownership which the JVC’s majority shares is transferred to a third party other than SPTL and AUO or other restructuring altering the JVC’s structure which is entirely controlled by SPTL and/or AUO or any violation of Section 7.6 , each of SPTL and AUO shall have the right, upon written notice to the other Parties, to immediately terminate the rights and licenses granted by it to the JVC under Article III above.
