Termination of Liability. The Reinsurer’s liability for any Policy ceded automatically or facultatively under this Agreement shall cease upon the earliest of: a. The date the Company’s liability on such Policy is terminated under the terms of its Policy with the policyholder; or b. The date this Agreement is terminated by the Company or the Reinsurer as specifically provided for and limited by this Agreement.
