The Publisher (Licensor) has the right at any time, to terminate for cause the license of any of its PatentBook Patents to any existing Subscriber (Licensee), subject to the provisions of Section 3.11, or to exclude for cause any of its PatentBook Patents from being licensed to any prospective Subscriber (Licensee).
