Termination of Limitations on Transfers. The limitations on Transfers set forth in this Article 7 shall apply with respect to the Property or the Development until issuance by the City of a Certificate of Completion for the Development, provided that each transferee during the Term of this Agreement, except for Transfers included in Section 7.4(c), executes an assignment and assumption agreement in a form substantially similar to Exhibit H.
