Termination of Limited Partnership. No Limited Partner shall resign or withdraw from the Partnership except as provided in Section 7.6. The death, retirement, resignation, expulsion, bankruptcy or dissolution of any Limited Partner shall not in and of itself cause the Partnership to be dissolved or its affairs to be wound up, and upon the occurrence of any such event, the Partnership shall be continued without dissolution.
