Termination of Market Representation. Notwithstanding anything stated or implied to the contrary in this Section 14, Seller shall not be obligated to offer a Term Sales and Service Agreement to any Successor Dealership if Seller notified Dealer prior to the event causing the termination of this Agreement that Seller's market representation plans do not provide for continuation of representation in Dealer's Primary Market Area.
