Termination of Market Seller Rights. The Office of the Interconnection shall not accept offers from a Market Seller that has not complied with the prices, terms, or operating characteristics of any of its prior scheduled transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market, unless such Market Seller has taken appropriate measures to the satisfaction of the Office of the Interconnection to ensure future compliance.
