Common use of Termination of Network Providers Clause in Contracts

Termination of Network Providers. The Contractor shall make a good faith effort to give written notice of termination of a Network Provider to each Enrollee who received their primary care, or was seen on a regular basis by the terminated Provider. Notice to the Enrollee must be provided by the later of 30 calendar days prior to the effective date of the termination, or within 15 calendar days after receipt or issuance of the termination notice.
