Common use of Termination of Noncompetition Covenants Clause in Contracts

Termination of Noncompetition Covenants. (a) Members shall have no continuing liability or obligation under Section 5.10 after the second (2nd) anniversary of the earlier of: (i) the dissolution of the Company; or (ii) the date upon which the Company ceases to be licensed to operate an acute care hospital.

Termination of Noncompetition Covenants. (a) Members shall have no continuing liability or obligation under Section 5.10 5.10(b) after the earlier of the second (2nd) anniversary of the earlier of: (i) the dissolution of the Company; or (ii) the date upon which the Company ceases to be licensed surrendered its license to operate an acute care hospital.
