Termination of obligation to pay Rental. With effect on and from the date of the Ship being delivered to and accepted by a purchaser following a sale of the Ship or the redelivery of the Ship pursuant to clause 15.1, the Lessee shall cease to be liable to pay Rental under this Agreement but without prejudice to the Lessee’s accrued and contingent obligations pursuant to this Agreement including, without limitation, paragraph 5 of the Financial Schedule.
