Termination of Obligations and Acceleration. If any Event of Default described in Section 7.l(a), (e) or (h) shall occur, all Loans shall become immediately due and payable, all without notice of any kind, and Lender shall have no obligation to make further Loans hereunder. If any Event of Default described in Section 7.1 (other than an Event of Default described in Section 7.1(a), (e) or (h)) shall occur, upon ten (10) days notice, and in the case of 7.1(i), upon two (2) days notice, Lender may declare all Loans to be due and payable, whereupon all Loans shall immediately become due and payable, and Lender shall have no obligation to make further Loans hereunder. Any such declaration made pursuant to this Section 7.2 may be rescinded by Lender.
