Termination of Options to Extent Not Assumed in a Corporate Transaction. Effective upon the consummation of a Corporate Transaction, all outstanding Options under the Plan shall terminate and Officer shall not be entitled to a Post-Termination Exercise Period. However, any such Options shall not terminate to the extent they are Assumed in connection with a Corporate Transaction.
