Common use of Termination of PA Clause in Contracts

Termination of PA. Signatories and Invited Signatories to this PA may terminate it by providing a sixty (60) calendar day notice to the other parties, provided that the parties shall consult during the period prior to the termination to seek agreement on amendments or other actions that shall avoid termination. In the event of termination of this PA the USACE shall comply with the provisions of 36 CFR § 800, Subpart B.
