Termination of Part-time Term Appointments Prior to Commencement Date. 32.2.1 A part-time term non-instructional appointment which has been accepted by an employee may be terminated by OC prior to the date on which an appointment commences by paying compensation equal to one week's salary as determined by the provisions of clause 37.2.
