TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATING PLAN OR PLANS. If a Participating Plan is wholly or partially terminated prior to a Change in Control, the Trustee shall disburse the portion of the Trust affected by the termination as directed by the Company. If a Participating Plan is wholly or partially terminated following a Change in Control, Trustee shall disburse the portion of the Trust affected by the termination as directed by the Independent Plan Administrator.
