Termination of Pension Benefit Plan. Terminate or amend any Pension Benefit Plan maintained by a Covered Person or an ERISA Affiliate of a Covered Person which is subject to Title IV of ERISA or with respect to which funding obligations under such Pension Benefit Plan would be accelerated pursuant to its terms if such termination or amendment would result in any material liability to such Covered Person or such ERISA Affiliate under ERISA or any material increase in current liability for the plan year for which such Covered Person or such ERISA Affiliate is required to provide security to such Pension Benefit Plan under the Code.
