Termination of Plan or Account. If the Plan is terminated, this Agreement will nevertheless continue in effect until the earlier of the date as of which all assets of the Custodial Account have been distributed or the Agreement is terminated. Upon termination of the Participant’s Account in any manner provided for in this Agreement, this Custodial Agreement shall be considered to be rescinded and of no force and effect and the Custodian and the Program Sponsor shall be relieved from all further liability with respect to this Custodial Agreement, any Custodial or Participant Account, and all assets thereof so distributed
