Common use of Termination of Pledge Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Pledge Agreement. Upon the payment and performance in full of all Borrower's Obligations, Pledgee shall deliver to each Pledgor the Collateral in its possession and this Pledge Agreement thereupon shall terminate, and Pledgee shall execute, at Pledgors' expense, such instruments or other documents including, without limitation, termination statements, as shall be necessary to evidence such termination.

Termination of Pledge Agreement. Upon the payment and performance in full of all Borrower's Obligationsof the Notes or the conversion in full of all of the Notes in accordance with their terms, Pledgee Pledgees shall deliver to each Pledgor the Collateral in its possession and this Pledge Agreement thereupon shall terminate, and Pledgee shall execute, at Pledgors' expense, such instruments or other documents including, without limitation, termination statements, as shall be necessary to evidence such termination.
