Common use of Termination of Pledge Clause in Contracts

Termination of Pledge. When the Promissory Note shall have been paid in full, this Pledge Agreement shall terminate. Corporation shall forthwith assign, transfer and deliver to the Pledgor or its assignees, without representation, warranty or recourse, against appropriate receipts, all the Pledged Stock, if any, then held by it in pledge hereunder.

Termination of Pledge. When all of the Promissory Obligations, including, without limitation, the indebtedness evidenced or secured by the Note or this Agreement, shall have been paid in full, this Pledge Agreement shall terminate. Corporation BELL shall forthwith assignassigx, transfer xransfer and deliver to the Pledgor or its her assignees, without representation, warranty or recourse, against appropriate receipts, all the Pledged StockProperty, if any, then held by it him in pledge hereunder.
