Common use of Termination of Previous Agreements Clause in Contracts

Termination of Previous Agreements. 35.1 This Agreement, together with any other documents referred to in this Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties, and ​ ​ supersedes all other agreements both oral and in writing between You and us which shall be deemed to have been terminated by mutual consent as from the date of this Agreement. 35.2 You acknowledge that you have not entered into this Agreement in reliance upon any representation, warranty or undertaking which is not set out in this Agreement or expressly referred to in it as forming part of your contract of employment.
