Termination of Previous Agreements. 35.1 This Agreement, together with any other documents referred to in this Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties, and supersedes all other agreements both oral and in writing between You and us which shall be deemed to have been terminated by mutual consent as from the date of this Agreement.
