Common use of Termination of Prime Lease Clause in Contracts

Termination of Prime Lease. If the Prime Lease expires or terminates for any reason during the term of this Sublease, this Sublease shall terminate concurrently with the termination or expiration of the Prime Lease, and Sublessor shall have no liability to Sublessee as a result of the termination or expiration.

Termination of Prime Lease. If Notwithstanding anything to the Prime Lease expires or terminates for any reason during the term of contrary contained in this Sublease, this Sublease shall terminate concurrently contemporaneously with the termination or expiration of the Prime Lease, and Sublessor Lease if for any reason the Prime Lease shall have no liability terminate prior to Sublessee as a result of the termination or expirationExpiration Date.

If for any reason the term of the Prime Lease expires or terminates for any reason during shall terminate prior to the term expiration of this Sublease, this Sublease shall terminate concurrently with the termination or expiration of the Prime Lease, thereupon be terminated (except as to such provisions that this Sublease expressly provides shall survive a termination) and Sublessor Sublandlord shall have no liability not be liable to Sublessee as a result of the termination or expirationSubtenant by reason thereof.

Termination of Prime Lease. If for any reason whatsoever the term of the Prime Lease expires or terminates for any reason during shall be terminated prior to the term expiration date of this Sublease, this Sublease shall terminate concurrently with the termination or expiration of the Prime Lease, thereupon be terminated and Sublessor shall have no liability not be liable to Sublessee by reason thereof, unless said termination shall have been effected because of a default on the part of Sublessor as a Tenant under the Prime Lease which was not the result of the termination or expirationa default by Sublessee.
