Common use of Termination of Prime Lease Clause in Contracts

Termination of Prime Lease. If for any reason whatsoever the term of the Prime Lease shall be terminated prior to the expiration date of this Sublease, this Sublease shall thereupon be terminated and Sublessor shall not be liable to Sublessee by reason thereof, unless said termination shall have been effected because of a default on the part of Sublessor as Tenant under the Prime Lease which was not the result of a default by Sublessee.

Termination of Prime Lease. If for any reason whatsoever the term of the Prime Lease shall be terminated terminate prior to the expiration date of this Sublease, this Sublease shall thereupon be terminated (except as to such provisions that this Sublease expressly provides shall survive a termination) and Sublessor Sublandlord shall not be liable to Sublessee Subtenant by reason thereof, unless said termination shall have been effected because of a default on the part of Sublessor as Tenant under the Prime Lease which was not the result of a default by Sublessee.

Termination of Prime Lease. If for any reason whatsoever the term of the Prime Lease shall be terminated terminate prior to the expiration date of this SubleaseSublease (including, without limitation, pursuant to the terms of Section 3.3 of the Prime Lease), this Sublease shall thereupon be terminated (except as to such provisions that this Sublease expressly provides shall survive a termination) and Sublessor Sublandlord shall not be liable to Sublessee Subtenant by reason thereof, unless said termination shall have been effected because of a default on the part of Sublessor as Tenant under the Prime Lease which was not the result of a default by Sublessee.

Termination of Prime Lease. If for any reason whatsoever It is understood and agreed by and between the term parties hereto that the existence of this Sublease is dependent and conditioned upon the continued existence of the Prime Lease shall Lease, and in the event of the termination of the Prime Lease, this Sublease automatically will be terminated prior terminated; provided, however, that this provision will not be deemed to the expiration date release Landlord from its obligations or liability pursuant to Sections 7 or 8 of this Sublease, this Sublease shall thereupon be terminated and Sublessor shall not be liable to Sublessee by reason thereof, unless said termination shall have been effected because of a default on the part of Sublessor as Tenant under the Prime Lease which was not the result of a default by Sublessee.

(a) If for any reason whatsoever the term of the Prime Lease shall be terminated terminate prior to the expiration date of this Sublease, this Sublease shall thereupon be terminated and Sublessor Sublandlord shall not be liable to Sublessee Subtenant by reason thereof, thereof unless said termination of the Prime Lease shall have been effected because of a default on the part of Sublessor as Tenant by Sublandlord under the Prime Lease which was not the result of a resulting from Subtenant’s default by Sublesseehereunder.
