Common use of Termination of Prior Confidentiality Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Prior Confidentiality Agreement. This Agreement supersedes the Confidentiality Agreement, but only insofar as the Confidentiality Agreement relates to the subject matter of this Agreement. All Confidential Information (as defined in the Confidentiality Agreement) exchanged between the Parties under the Confidentiality Agreement relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information hereunder and shall be subject to all the terms of this Agreement (including the change in the ownership of Confidential Information with respect to the Purchased Assets as provided in the definition of the term Confidential Information as set forth herein).
