Common use of Termination of Provider Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Provider Agreement. Upon termination of an agreement with a Plan Provider, Plan shall be liable for Benefits rendered by such Plan Provider, other than for Cost Shares, to Members who retain eligibility under this Agreement, or by operation of law, under the care of such Plan Provider at the time of such termination, until the services being rendered to such Members are completed, or until Plan makes reasonable and medically appropriate provision for the assumption of such services by another Plan Provider.
