Common use of Termination of Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Purchase Agreement. Upon the execution of this Agreement by each of the parties hereto and in accordance with subsection (a) of Section 7.1 of the Purchase Agreement, the parties hereto agree that the Purchase Agreement is terminated, null and void and of no future force or effect.

Termination of Purchase Agreement. Upon the execution of this Agreement by each Each of the parties hereto Purchasers and the Company mutually agree in accordance with subsection (a) of Section 7.1 of the Purchase Agreement that, immediately upon execution of this Agreement, the parties hereto agree that the Purchase Agreement is terminatedterminated and, null and void and except as otherwise set forth therein, shall be of no future further force or effect.

Termination of Purchase Agreement. Upon the execution of this Agreement by each of the parties hereto and in accordance with subsection (aPursuant to Section 8.1(e) of Section 7.1 of the Purchase Agreement, the parties hereto Purchaser and Seller hereby agree that the Purchase Agreement is terminated, null and void and is of no future further force or effecteffect as of the date of this Termination. There shall be no liability on the part of either party hereto as a result of the Purchase Agreement and this Termination (except that nothing herein shall relieve either party from liability for any breach of any other agreement between the parties occurring prior to or after this Termination).
