Termination of Registration Rights; Survival. All rights granted under this Agreement shall terminate with respect to any Holder at such time as such Holder ceases to own any Registrable Securities and this entire Agreement shall terminate when all Holders cease to own any Registrable Securities. The provisions of Articles VII, VIII and X shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
