Termination of Registration Rights Term. Except for Section 2.10, which shall survive until the expiration of any applicable statutes of limitation, Section 2 shall terminate automatically and have no further force or effect upon the earliest to occur of: (a) the date on which the Ordinary Shares ceases to be registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act; and (b) a liquidation or dissolution of the Company.
