Common use of Termination of Registration Clause in Contracts

Termination of Registration. At any time before or after the filing of a registration statement (other than pursuant to Section 2(a)), the Company may, in its sole discretion, abandon or terminate such registration without the consent of the Shareholder with no liability to the Shareholder or any third party arising therefrom, except to the extent otherwise provided herein.
