Common use of Termination of Registration Clause in Contracts

Termination of Registration. 5.1 The Open University may cancel your registration for the Nursing qualification in the circumstances set out in the Conditions of Registration or Conditions of Registration (Apprentices) as appropriate to your qualification. In addition, The Open University may cancel your registration if you do not: • remain in employment; • undertake practice learning with your Learning Sponsor or an agreed Placement Provider; or • maintain the standards of the Regulatory Authority with respect to your health, competence and standards of behaviour.
