Termination of Repair Reserve Fund. The provisions of this Section 4.03 will cease to be effective upon the completion of the Repairs in accordance with this Loan Agreement to Lender’s satisfaction, and the full disbursement by Lender of the Repair Reserve Fund. If there are funds remaining in the Repair Reserve Fund after the Repairs have been completed in accordance with this Loan Agreement, and provided no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing under this Loan Agreement or under any of the other Loan Documents, and no condition exists which but for the passage of time or giving of Notice, or both, would constitute an Event of Default, such funds remaining in the Repair Reserve Fund will be refunded by Lender to Borrower.
