Common use of Termination of Reporting Obligation Clause in Contracts

Termination of Reporting Obligation. The County’s obligations under this Disclosure Agreement shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption or payment in full of all of the 2010 Bonds. If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity of the 2010 Bonds, the County shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Event under Section 5(c).

If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity date of the 2010 Bonds, the County shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Event under Section 5(c)5(b) hereof.

If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity of the 2010 2021 Bonds, the County shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Specified Event under Section 5(c).

The County’s obligations of the County under this Disclosure Agreement shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption or payment in full of all of the 2010 Bonds. If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity of the 2010 Bonds, the County shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Event under Section 5(c5(f).

Termination of Reporting Obligation. The County’s obligations under this Disclosure Agreement shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption or payment in full of all of the 2010 2015 Bonds. If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity of the 2010 2015 Bonds, the County shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Specified Event under Section 5(c).
