Common use of Termination of Reporting Obligation Clause in Contracts

Termination of Reporting Obligation. The Issuer’s obligations under this Disclosure Agreement with respect to an issue of Bonds shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption, or payment in full of all Bonds of the issue or if the Rule shall be revoked or rescinded by the Commission or declared invalid by a final decision of a court of competent jurisdiction.
