Common use of Termination of Revolving Credit Facility Clause in Contracts

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16, 2010, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16June 15, 20102009, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16September 30, 20102006, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16June 30, 20102007, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16, 2010the Maturity Date, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower Company pursuant to Section 2.5(a2.7(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a11.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16December 15, 20102003, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a11.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16Xxxxx 00, 20100000, (bx) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.5 of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16September 14, 2010, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16December 31, 20102019, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), 2.5 and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a13.2(b). (v) Section 4.3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by amending and restating such Section in its entirety as follows:

The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16July 9, 20102008, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16, 2010that date which is three (3) years from the Closing Date, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.5(aSECTION 2.6(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section SECTION 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16November 4, 20102008, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of of: (a) May 16June 29, 2010, 2011; (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a2.6(a), and ; and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit ---------------------------------------- Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16June 22, 20102004, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment Commitments in whole by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and (c) the date of termination of the Commitments in whole by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a10.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16, 2010the Revolving Credit Termination Date, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a10.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16December 31, 20102016, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), 2.5 and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a13.2(b).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16February 27, 20102003, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.8, and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a11.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving ---------------------------------------- Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 1612, 20102003, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.8, and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16December 31, 20102003, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.5(a) or 2.5(b), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16September 30, 20102006, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).. ARTICLE III

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16September 21, 2010, 2008 (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16June 30, 20102002, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment Commitments in whole by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and (c) the date of termination of the Commitments in whole by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a11.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16June 25, 20102008, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.5(a2.6(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16November 4, 20102007, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16December 31, 20102000, (b) the date of termination permanent reduction of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower to zero pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and 2.5 or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a11.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving ---------------------------------------- Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest first to occur of (a) May 16November 2, 2010, 2007 (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.5(a2.6(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a) (any such date, the "Revolving Credit Termination Date").

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16June 30, 20102002, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment Commitments in whole by the Borrower Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and (c) the date of termination of the Commitments in whole by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a11.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving ---------------------------------------- Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest first to occur of (a) May 16July 31, 20102008, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.5(a2.6(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a) (any such date, the "Revolving Credit Termination Date").

The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16December 12, 20102007, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16January 31, 20102012, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16October [___], 20102011, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16July 31, 20101999, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)Agent's demand, and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent Agent, on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a11.2(a). The Borrowers shall repay the outstanding principal amount of all Revolving Loans in full, together with all accrued but unpaid interest thereon, on the Revolver Termination Date.

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16June 10, 20102006, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving ---------------------------------------- Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16June 30, 20102002, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment Commitments in whole by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and (c) the date of termination of the Commitments in whole by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a10.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16January 8, 20102008, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6 of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16January 27, 20102007, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16, 2010the Revolving Credit Termination Date, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a11.2(a).

The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16November 5, 20102017, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.5 of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16November 17, 20102006, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a2.05(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders Lender pursuant to Section 12.2(a11.02(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16December 30, 2010, 2011 (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16December 15, 20102011, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.5 of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16August 1, 20102013; provided that such date shall be automatically extended to October 17, 2016, if the Senior Subordinated Notes are repaid or redeemed in full on or prior to December 31, 2011, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16September 14, 20102005, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16July 31, 20102005, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and 2.6 or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a11.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving ---------------------------------------- Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16June 23, 20102004, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.5(a2.6(a), and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16February 26, 20101999 (it being understood and agreed that such date may be extended for one or more successive periods of 364 days upon the request of the Borrower and with the written consent of each of the Lenders), (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.5, and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a10.2(a).

Termination of Revolving Credit Facility. The Revolving Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) May 16January 22, 20102006, (b) the date of termination of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a)2.6 of the entire Revolving Credit Commitment, and or (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 12.2(a).
