Termination of Revolving Period. Upon the occurrence of (i) an Event of Default or Default under this Agreement or the Indenture or (ii) a Rapid Amortization Trigger, the Initial Noteholder (if still a Noteholder) may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Revolving Period.
