Termination of Rights Under this Note. Immediately upon the payment of the Principal and/ or any applicable True up Amount due under this Note, this Note shall no longer be deemed outstanding and all rights with respect to this Note shall immediately cease and terminate, except only for the right of the Holder under clause l(a)(ii) of this Note.
