Termination of Series 2021-A Accounts. (i) On or after the date on which the Series 2021-A Notes are fully paid, the Trustee, acting in accordance with the written instructions of HVF III, shall withdraw from each Series 2021-A Account (other than the Series 2021-A L/C Cash Collateral Account) all remaining amounts on deposit therein and pay such amounts to HVF III.
