Common use of Termination of Series Supplement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Series Supplement. This Series Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 2009-1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 2009-1 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF has paid all sums payable hereunder and (iii) the Series 2009-1 Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. This Series 2022-2 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092022-1 2 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092022-1 2 Notes which that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. This Series 2022-1 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092022-1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092022-1 Notes which that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

This Series 2022-5 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092022-1 5 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092022-1 5 Notes which that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. This Series 2022-4 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092022-1 4 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092022-1 4 Notes which that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

This Series Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092010-1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092010-1 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF ZVF has paid all sums payable hereunder and (iii) the Series 20092010-1 Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 20092010-1 Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. This Series Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding outstanding Series 20092007-1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092007-1 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF has the Issuers have paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2009-1 Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero Surety Provider has been paid all Surety Provider Fees and all other Surety Provider Reimbursement Amounts due under the Insurance Agreement or the Series 2009-1 Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zeroany other Related Document.

This Series 2022-3 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092022-1 3 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092022-1 3 Notes which that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. This Series Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092019-1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092019-1 Notes which that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF the Master Issuer has paid all sums payable hereunder and and, without duplication (iiiiv) the conditions set forth in Section 12.1(c) of the Base Indenture have been satisfied with respect to the Series 20092019-1 Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zeroNotes.

This Series Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092018-1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092018-1 Notes which that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, cancellation and (ii) HVF has the Co-Issuers have paid all sums payable hereunder and (iii) the Series 2009-1 Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zerohereunder.

This Series 2021-A Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092021-1 A Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092021-1 A Notes which that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellationcancellation (or deregistered, in the case of Uncertificated Notes), (ii) HVF III has paid all sums payable hereunder and (iii) the Series 20092021-1 A Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 2021- A Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. This Series 2023-3 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092023-1 3 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092023-1 3 Notes which that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. This Series 2018-1 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092018-1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092018-1 Notes which that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. This Series 2024-2 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092024-1 2 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092024-1 2 Notes which that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. Termination of Series Supplement. This Series Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092010-1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092010-1 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 20092010-1 Demand Note Payment Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero or and the Series 20092010-1 Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

This Series 2023-4 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092023-1 4 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092023-1 4 Notes which that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

This Series 2016-2 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20092016-1 2 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20092016-1 2 Notes which that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2009-1 Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.
