Termination of Service by the Company for Cause. Upon any termination of Service by the Company for Cause, the Participant will forfeit the unexercised Option, whether or not vested. In addition, the Company, at its option, will have the right to repurchase shares held by the Participant that were acquired through exercise of the Option award at the lower of current Fair Market Value or the Exercise Price.
