Termination of Service Due to Death or Disability. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, if the Participant has a Termination of Service due to death or Disability, then (i) the RSU Award and all rights and obligations hereunder will not terminate and (ii) the RSU Award shall immediately vest in full and become one hundred percent (100%) vested.
