Termination of Service Due to Participant’s Termination for Cause. If the Participant’s Termination of Service is due to a Termination for Cause, then the per share price of the Award Shares shall be the Option Price per share paid by the Participant for such Award Shares, as adjusted for any stock splits, stock dividends, recapitalizations or the like.
