Termination of Service Prior to the End of the Performance Period. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 4, if, prior to the end of the Performance Period, the Participant experiences a Termination of Service, whether initiated by either party and for any reason, all rights of the Participant to the PSUs shall terminate immediately and be forfeited in their entirety without compensation to the Participant, without regard to performance during any Measurement Period, and the forfeited PSUs shall be canceled.
