Common use of Termination of Service Relationship Clause in Contracts

Termination of Service Relationship. If the Optionee’s service as a Non-Employee Director of the Company or continued service as a consultant, director or employee (the “Service Relationship”) of the Company or any Subsidiary with which the Grantee has a Service Relationship (any, a “Service Recipient”) ceases, the period within which to exercise the Stock Option may be subject to earlier termination as set forth below.
