TERMINATION OF SERVICE TO CLEC. 10.1 Failure of CLEC to pay charges may be grounds for termination of this Agreement. If CLEC fails to pay when due, any and all charges billed to them under this Agreement, (Unpaid Charges), and any portion of such charges remain unpaid more than fifteen (15) calendar days after the due date of such Unpaid Charges, SWBT will notify CLEC in writing that in order to avoid having service disconnected, CLEC must remit all Unpaid Charges, whether disputed or undisputed, to SWBT within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of said notice. Disputes hereunder will be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedures set out in Section 9 of this Agreement.
