Termination of Servicer; Successor Servicers. (a) The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer upon the occurrence of a Servicer Event of Default as set forth in Section 4.07; provided, however, that in the event of termination of the Servicer, the Master Servicer shall provide for the servicing of the Mortgage Loans by a successor servicer as provided in Section 4.
