Termination of Services or Employment. In the event of the termination of the Optionee's services to or position with the Corporation prior to the Expiry Date other than by the death of the Optionee, the Option shall within ninety (90) days upon such termination of services or position, cease and terminate and be of no further force or effect whatsoever as to such of the Optioned shares in respect of which the Option has not previously been exercised.
