Common use of Termination of Services or Employment Clause in Contracts

Termination of Services or Employment. For the purposes of Section 8 of this Agreement and the Company's Stock Option Plan, the date of termination of services or employment shall be the earliest of: (a) the date on which the Executive gives notice of resignation to the Company; (b) the date on which the Company gives notice of termination to the Executive (whether or not for Cause); (c) the date of termination of employment (whether or not for Cause); (d) the date of expiration of the Agreement, provided that the Company has given ninety (90) days' notice in accordance with Article 2; or
