Termination of Settlement Agreement. In the event that the Court or any appellate or other court enters an order altering this Settlement Agreement in a way that either Party believes, in its sole discretion, materially and adversely affects its interests, the affected Party may, within ten (10) days from the entry of such order, void this Settlement Agreement on such grounds.

Termination of Settlement Agreement. 11.1 In addition to any other ground for termination provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, in the event that the Court or any appellate or other court enters an order altering this Settlement Agreement in a way that either Party believes, in its sole discretion, materially and adversely affects its interests, the affected Party may, within ten fourteen (1014) days from the entry of such order, void this Settlement Agreement on such grounds. No such termination right will exist after the Effective Date.
