Termination of Settlement Agreement. This Settlement Agreement shall terminate as to all Parties and have no further force or effect upon withdrawal of the Licensee, or upon expiration of the New License and any Annual License issued thereafter

Termination of Settlement Agreement. 11.1 This Settlement Agreement shall terminate as to all Parties and have no further force or effect upon termination under Section 5.6, upon withdrawal of the Licensee, or upon expiration of the New License and any Annual License annual licenses issued thereafter. It shall terminate for a withdrawing Party upon such Party’s withdrawal from this Settlement Agreement.
